Tai Chi has been practiced in China for centuries for health benefits and to harmonize the body and mind. Rooted in martial arts, movements are slow and flowing. Tai Chi is non-impact and builds balance, flexibility and strength while reducing stress. Study the Sun 41 form, endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation. Suitable for all ages and abilities, beginners to intermediate.
Pamela Krizak is a certified tai chi instructor for Tai Chi for Health Institute. Pam was introduced to Tai Chi in District 196 Community Education Saturday morning sessions.
